Order Process
Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order. Please allow about 1-2 business days for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
Payment
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully charged.
Shipping Methods
All MEDATURE products are currently shipped to the USA and Canada.
For USA customers, we have three shipping rates:

For Canadian customers, there is a flat shipping rate of $12 USD.
MEDATURE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, MEDATURE is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.
Duties & Taxes
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties.
